The 72780 series is a multifunctional applicable wheel belt grinding and polishing machine
in heavy desing with engine power from 3,0 up to 7.5 kW
with following characteristics:
- double-sided design with optional combination belt grinding, only belt grinding,
only polishing, an universal machine for industrial applications.
- Pedestal construction with 2 pedestal heights,
- three-phase v-belt drive for optional three spindle speed with 1500 min-1 motors
- optional frequency converter for variable speed adjusment form 900 - 2800 min-1, other speed on request
- independent spindle end motors
- standard motor protecting switch
- Mains switch with overload and low voltage trip,
- space-saving construction,

The wide range of accessories provide the opportunity for a rapid belt well changeovers

The stable, vibration poor construction underwrite a long life cycle,
an accurate operation without chatter marks.
With 3,0 - 7,5 kW engine power on each spindle the machine is ideal
suitable for industrial applications with high stock removal rates.
The for each side independent and by a three-phase v-belt driver
adjustable spindle speed stand for high flexibility and wide range of
application A variable speed option for each side is available by an
frequency converter, which provides variable speed adjustment
form 900 - 2800 min-1.
The vertical arrangement of the belt tensioning arm and the band belt
guard leads to a very space-saving design, wich enable the
installation of several machines on a very small area.
